The word list

Optimist

An optimist is someone who always sees the bright side of any situation — a trait that can be either encouraging or annoying, depending on your frame of mind.

Cristopher says - it is gonna rain today 100 percent no chance
Sai says - no Chris be positive if you want to play outside let's cross our fingers and it won't rain

At the end of the day it hadn't rained and Sai the optimist was right.

Pessimist
Pessimist is always the worst it is the opposite of optimist

Chris is a pessimist he is never on the bright side.

Oscillate

On a hot day, you’ll be happy to have a fan that can oscillate, meaning it moves back and forth in a steady motion.

The pendulum kept swinging back and forth so a pendulum is a oscillate

Cog

An engine needs each of its part to work. It has gears which have wheels. Each wheel has cogs, or tiny teeth that fit together, making the wheel turn, the engine run. Every cog is essential to that engine.

I added the cog to the engine to add the flair it needed and then when I tested it, it went very well, the car steered and turned and had the right brake stop.

Chime

a percussion instrument consisting of a set of tuned bells that are struck with a hammer; used as an orchestral instrument

I hit the chime and it bleated out bannnnnngggggg

Dynasty

A dynasty is a series of leaders in the same family, like the British Royal Family, or a local business dynasty, in which four generations have made their fortune at the family store.

I am in the dynasty of the first king

Heir

If your grandfather leaves his candy factory to you in his will, it means you're the heir to the family candy business, and after your grandfather dies, you will inherit the factory.

I am the heir of the barber shop

Glower

If you see someone glower at you, you might consider glowering back, but no one likes an angry staring contest. To glower is not only to stare, it's to stare angrily, as if you're going to throttle someone.

I hate to be in a flower contest with Jay
